Help Desk Support Information

We now have a Help Desk which is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

During weekday, normal business hours, the help desk response time will be within an hour when sent between the hours of 6:00 am central and 6:00 pm central. During off hours (nights and weekends), we will continue to monitor the Help Desk, but will only respond to issues that block orders. Less critical issues will be addressed the following business day. The Help Desk assures you a human point of contact 24 x 7 x 365!

Urgent matters are:
  • My website is down.
  • My server is down.
  • Customers can't check out
  • No shipping methods appear
  • Any error that keeps most of your customers from being able to check out.

All other requests are non-urgent matters and will be handled in a first come first served basis.

You're still welcome to email and call Web 2 Market staff directly. The Help Desk will get you faster resolution for many issues, but you may still decide an issue will be best addressed by someone in particular. And that's fine! We're adding to your options, not taking away.

Please remember to be as clear and concise in your description of the problem as possible. Include your domain name, a summary of the issue, error messages, rejection messages, screen shots, settings, times, users, etc. Any detail that is relevant will help speed up a resolution. Upon sending a request to the Help Desk you will receive a reply email stating that we received your request. Then a staff member will contact you with either follow up questions, a status update, or a confirmation that your request has been resolved/completed.
